GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between the company MAHER Deco S.L. with the Il Mondo di Alex trademark and its internet customers (“The customer”).

1 / Particular conditions of sale and cancellations
The client acknowledges knowing at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, product details, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.
As they are customizable products, the manufacturing is carried out by order received and once said manufacturing is activated, that order is unique and exclusive for the client. For this reason, indicate that if you want to cancel an order, you must send your decision to firstname.lastname@example.org, if the production has not started, we will accept said cancellation.
In the case of murals that require administrative work and preparation of the mural (design, customization, adjustment of measurements) l, if the client wishes to cancel after receiving the first draft, 25% will be deducted from the total amount of mural to pay to cover the costs of the work done.
Once the order is manufactured (we work on request), cancellations of orders that have been personalized (include text, name or murals that are made to measure) will not be accepted, for the rest of the products returns will be accepted as long as they have not been used , they are returned in the same packaging, sent by transport at your expense, and once we verify that their condition is in perfect condition, we will proceed to credit.
2 / Order

Our online store DOES NOT GENERATE gift products at price 0, any product priced at 0 IS NOT VALID. 5 / Order delivery conditions
The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the merchandise at the time of ordering. Il Mondo di Alex reserves the right to use all the necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. In the case of a change of delivery address to "other countries", the customer must make the transport payment according to our carrier cost conditions by Zone / Country.

All our products are personizable and therefore we do not work with stocks, the order is made only when the customer confirms it and moves on to the production process.Depending on the type of product we have a delivery time:Spanish national peninsula- Default graffiti wallpaper and posters, the production process is 7 working days + shipping
- Products in rigid support (Pegasus foam panel), the production process 15/20 working days + transport

7 / Shipping company
We currently work with the MRW transport company for national shipments (Peninsula), Correos (Insular), MRW Internacional for Europe and the United States and Packlink for the rest of the world.
8 / Delivery and receipt of orders
National except Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: delivery costs 4,84 €, for trolleys over 60 euros (VAT included) there are no shipping costs.
National islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
- Balearic Islands the cost is 12 euros.
- Ceuta, Melilla and Canarias: Due to the logistical problems encountered and problems with CUSTOMS, we do not offer a sales service to these ZONES
Important to remember that there are customs costs (taxes and handling), which are the buyer's responsibility, these costs will depend on the total amount reflected on the invoice, remember that VAT is not charged on our invoice.

9 / PriceAll prices are in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the client is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by MAHER Deco S.L. - Il Mondo di Alex.
The prices are calculated according to the type of product, measurements, type of finish and if special customization is desired, these are the cases that may occur:
- Vinyl, we have measures S, M and L and the price is calculated in relation to the selected measure, additionally the price can be increased IF the type of finish Normal, Repositionable or Extra Strong is selected. The final price can always be seen before making the payment.
- Murals and wallpapers, the initial price shown is "the minimum price to apply" and is in relation to a minimum measure that when multiplying its width x height is approximately 2 square meters. From here, the price will vary according to the measures that the customer enters in the WIDTH x HEIGHT fields. It can also be increased according to the finish if it is NORMAL or PRE-GLUED.
The price of the mural includes the preparation of this 4 PREVIOUS drafts for approval, in the event of exceeding said number due to your requirements, this will generate an additional cost of 30 euros with the right to 3 additional previews.
- Pictures and sheets, we have several measures and the one we give by default is the smallest, the price may vary according to the measure that the customer wants to buy.
- Textile products, the initial prices are a value according to the smallest measure of the product, the price may vary as the client selects larger measures or integrates new products within the offer presented.
In all cases, the final and CORRECT price to make your purchase is shown in the summary of your shopping cart and that you can always decide to buy or not, before confirming payment.
In the case of anomalies in prices indicated or calculated in our online store due to human or computer error, Il Mondo di Alex will inform the client of said incident and once the client is informed of the correct price, a joint solution will be sought to solve the error and With this, you can update the order with your correct information.*
9 / Products sheet
The photographs showing the products are provided for information only. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information that appears on the packaging or the instructions for use. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products displayed in the virtual store may differ from the actual color of the product.
Measurements of the products in the case of vinyls are those indicated in the "VN Measurements" tab, for murals, wallpapers are made as the client indicates us considering that always in the last strip there may be a remainder for being multiples of 61 cm to be trimmed.
In the vinyl and magic windows that are die-cut (cut by their contour), as they are original designs painted and drawn by hand, the cut may take part of the drawing, precisely to avoid seeing pieces of blank vinyl, in other occasions where due to its complexity it does not allow the perfect die-cutting (hair, threads, leaf stems, very thin elements, the die-cutting may have some slight deviation).
In the case of textiles with printed design we have a MAXIMUM LIMIT OF MEASURE that is 60 x 40 cm, but depending on the design and its characteristics, the maximum limit could be considerably reduced (eg integration of phrase, name, horizontal type or vertical design, etc.), we always try to make the best possible adaptation.10/ Personalización de los productos
- We personalize according to measurements provided by the client but considering that the last strip, may have a surplus as they are own measurements of the width of paper on which we print. The font and color of the text we use those that we understand are best in each design, in case you want another type of font and color, you must indicate it in the personalization field enabled for it.
- By default the option is selected that you do not want a draft of the mural, in case you want you must check the corresponding box, this will apply an extra cost to the order.
Vinyls, magic windows, plates, canvas:
- You can only customize the inclusion of a text, the font and color of said text is our design team that uses the most appropriate for each product, in many cases they have an image in the product file where we show an example.
- You can add phrase, name .... The texts will have the type of letter and color that our design team sees more appropriate.
10 / Incidents and / or claims
WE ACCEPT returns in cases of not meeting the established deadline or for receiving a product different from the one requested or that has arrived in poor condition.
In the event that the material may arrive damaged by an incident of the carrier, reference error or erroneous personalization, at the time of receiving the order you have 5 DAYS to notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, the causes (Transport or product reference / wrong design) and a photograph to evaluate by our quality department the incidence.
The color of our products may differ from the color shown on your monitors, even the color of one of our designs within the same range, they may differ from another design of the same theme, the main reason is that they are designs that originally have HAND PAINTED and the artist may have used somewhat different tones in one illustration than in the other.
These causes are NOT considered so that they can be part of a claim.
We DO NOT ACCEPT claims related to the lack of adherence of our murals, wallpaper or vinyl, in the case of surfaces that are not smooth (walls with gotelé, cemented grainy, rough, walls with washable paint or with damp)
We DO NOT ACCEPT claims once the product has been used (textiles), manipulated, cut or pasted on the wall, except that there is a manufacturing tare, please check the order received before use and if you find an error in the design, phrases, names or of any other kind must be communicated to email@example.com
In products such as sheets, canvas, paintings, magic windows and vinyls, they are elements that must be well fixed on the wall, they must be placed in areas where the safety of your babies or children is safe or if they decide to put them in areas at risk, it will be under your responsibility. MAHER DECO SL, assumes no responsibility for any accident caused by the fall of any of these products.
The claims accepted by our quality control will be repositioned within a maximum period of one week from the acceptance of the same, being sent again at no cost to the customer, important to have the defective product in its packaging.
11 / Payment terms
The requested products will be delivered after payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card), through Paypal, transfer or cash on delivery.
12 / Security of private information
MAHER DECO S.L. - Il mondo di Alex, is obliged to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to anyone (or to third parties).
13 / Information requested

All our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the guarantee will not be valid if failures or damages occur due to incorrect handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The buyer should consult the instructions and appropriate recommendations found in the instructions for use provided with the product.
In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user, except for the pertinent shipment of the product that will be their responsibility. .
