SPECIAL EXTRA-COMMUNITY COUNTRIES AND BREXIT

All taxes and customs fees are not included in our rates.

We are a Spanish company and therefore belong to the European economic community.

We are not aware of these additional costs from other countries.

Customers need to inquire about these types of costs in their country in advance.

To process the order and then send it, we require some form of ID.
A driving license number or passport number would be ideal. 

Due to Brexit and for Extra-Community Countries, we must provide this information to our couriers
as customs require one of these documents to proceed with delivery and to prevent the package being returned.

We guarantee that this information will only be used in conjunction with our courier and our website complies with all European data protection regulations.


SHIPPING TIMES

We do not have products in stock, each customer order has personal and exclusive attention as we customize it specifically.

For this reason our manufacturing and SHIPPING times are as follows:

- Prints and adhesive vinyls WITHOUT PERSONALIZATION the term is 24-48 working hours and delivery after approximately one week (working days only)

- Textile products the terms are 15 working days and delivery after approximately one week (working days only)

- Rest of the products between 4 and 10 working days and delivery after approximately one week (working days only)

COSTS

In Italy and in the countries that are part of the European Economic Community, sending has a cost of:

- € 15 if the order does NOT exceed € 150

- FREE if the order exceeds € 150

NON-EU COUNTRIES AND BREXIT

Depending on the product, weight and size of the packaging, the system will calculate the shipping price for countries outside the European Economic Community.

TRANSPORT

We generally use the MRW transport company in Spain / DHL or local companies in Italy and abroad

- Delivery in 7 working days aprox to the withdrawal of the material from our warehouses

You will see the shipping time confirmation printed in the order confirmation document that you will receive within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order.

PACKAGING

We take great care in the packaging of our products, all of them are packed with the necessary protection that guarantees their optimal reception at their destination.

If you detect any incident at the time of delivery by the carrier, please follow the instructions you will find in our conditions of sale - complaints.
